Today we were proud to attend the University of Lincoln Housing Fayre as an officially University of Lincoln Students’ Union accredited lettings agent — and it was busy.
From the moment the doors opened, students were flooding in to get their housing sorted early, ask questions, and grab some genuinely useful freebies (because no one needs another pen).
A Properly Busy Day
The turnout was strong all day, with loads of first-years and returning students stopping by to chat about housing options for the next academic year. There was a real buzz in the room — exactly what you want from a housing fayre.
We spent the day answering questions about:
All-inclusive student rent
House vs flat living
Locations across Lincoln
What actually matters when choosing a letting agent (hint: responsiveness and honesty)
The Giveaway Stats (Yes, We Counted)
We didn’t turn up empty-handed. Here’s what went out over the course of the day:

Safe to say, nothing went home with us.
