Since our inception in Lincoln in 2015, we’ve experienced remarkable growth, managing over 300 properties and providing accommodation to more than 1,000 students. Our success in Lincoln laid the foundation for our expansion into Nottingham.
Within just three weeks of opening our Nottingham office, we secured a £2.6 million acquisition fund from investors eager to be part of our journey. This investment has enabled us to acquire multiple properties, including a block of six studio apartments, enhancing our portfolio and offering more options to students.
Our dedication to providing top-tier student accommodation is unwavering. We focus on properties that meet the highest standards of decor, fixtures, and fittings. Each property is thoughtfully designed, featuring amenities such as en-suite bathrooms, cinema rooms, and designer kitchens.
Moreover, our all-inclusive rent model ensures that students have one less thing to worry about, covering utilities like electricity, gas, water, heating, and TV licenses.
